a) Purpose of Service AfricPass - Purchase of air tickets grouped, best price search and service package to travel to Africa. AfricPass also carries out market studies and statistics.
AfricPass via its website www.africpass.com allows travelers candidates to gather for the bulk purchase of air tickets for destinations offered on the site and under the conditions established for each bulk purchase on the one hand and the other in the general conditions described below.
AfricPass sprl is not a travel agency, does not proceed to the purchase of tickets but provides a platform for users to gather allowing AfricPass to negotiate better prices from travel agencies (or airlines when it ' possible) on behalf of travelers candidates surfers.

d) Personal Information and Protection of Privacy
Share registration, the user grants permission to AfricPass to use their personal data in the realization of its purpose, that is to say the search for the best price and the transmission of such data (name, surname , travel dates etc.) to travel agencies (and airlines) to AfricPass partners as part of the offer bunch of services (services rendered by AfricExperience, a trademark of AfricPass). e) Liability of the user / applicant traveler
The surfer / traveler candidate who registers for a group purchase project undertakes to communicate honestly its intention to travel, to meet the general and special conditions and to complete the purchase of his ticket to the travel agency (or airline) "winning" if the price meets the press. He is aware that the price negotiations as part of the purchase action depends on the number of registered candidates travelers. AfricPass reserves the right to exclude a visitor / traveler of its candidate lists if it turns out that this person intentionally and repeatedly, communicates false information about his intentions to travel and willingness to participate effectively in a purchase group.
For violations of the terms and conditions, AfricPass may, without notice, exclude the user's right of access to group purchasing.
f) Responsibility
- The surfer / traveler AfricPass candidate recognizes as mere intermediary providing a platform allowing users to group together to get group tickets prices and offering a travel service bouquet. The traveler candidate remains sole judge and master of the relevance of its travel and purchasing his / her ticket (s). Any information on travel, transport conditions etc., any dispute regarding the purchase made will be made directly with the travel agency (or airline) who sold the ticket. Also as part of its offering bouquet of services, AfricPass remains responsible for services provided and organized by him but can not be responsible of the services offered its partners. In this case, the service provided by the partner is governed by the service contract it.
- AfricPass can not be held responsible for failure, error, problems related to the provision of transport service between the traveler and the airline (or travel agent). It is the same in the bouquet of service when the service is rendered by AfricPass.
- AfricPass reserves the right to terminate a group purchase project on a destination unilaterally, if it is at the discretion of the company, the number of registered is insufficient to obtain sufficient bargaining strength. Wherever possible, this cancellation should not be made until the end of the subscription period.
- Similarly, AfricPass can not be held liable if travel agencies (and airlines) would refuse to offer a group rate (or individual) on a / destination (s) or could not provide enough seats for dates desired. - AfricPass endeavors to communicate correct information but can not be held responsible for incorrect information provided by third parties.
- The service and describes proposed by AfricPass can be related to the mail order / distance selling. Consumer protection guarantees that are related thereto can not therefore be applied. In case of failure and / or error in the provision of transport services, purchase of airline tickets, AfricPass can in no way be held responsible.
