For travel agencies (and airlines), AfricPass exercises the role of business contributor and helps with customers retention. AfricPass develops marketing studies to probe African descent opinions (or people interested in the African continent) on various products and subjects. The results of these studies can also be used, as a tool for social and economic development of targeted populations and statistical tools.
